A new begining
Finaly I have got the blog up and I have quite a nest of hornets buzzing away angrily inside my thick skulled head.
So today and probably for the next week or so I will probably rant on about something or other.
The scots have released Abdelbaset Ali al-Megrahi he’s the terrorist that blew up a plane full of people that crashed into the Scottish village of Lockerbie in 1998.
Well its a sad day to see a terrorist walk free after his day of mass murder, apparently the yanks are going mad about it, and Libya’s president Gadaffi thanked our PM Gordon the gopher Brown(Lord Mandys right hand man) .
Now some are saying there was a deal done when Lord Mandleson struck another deal with oil and gas…a type of rebate you could say, I have a feeling we will hear more about this subject later…or mabe it will become invisible as did the fact that Tony Blair claimed never to have met the Hinduja brothers, that was untill the ” news of the world ” published photos of himself and Cherie reciving gifts from the two brothers in the passport for cash and presents scandal which Lord Mandleson was involved in…we will have to wait and see.
Tory MP Sir Patrick Cormack has said he thinks MP’s should have a wage rise.
his proposal is that MP’s pay rise from £64,766 to £130,000 and all personal allowances should be scrapped….. now hang on a minute….we stop them ripping us off in one way, and they have the bloody cheek to ask for more…. more ?????…. is he having a laugh?…sorry Pat but i think you should change your name to Oliver mate…. bloody nerve.
Who hates traffic wardens and councills who prey on disabled drivers ?
My visit to Blackpool today with my children was an expensive one… £35.00 and I never even got out of my car…slap.. on the windscreen came a sticky envelope with printed details inside timed some 30 seconds earlier….and he just dissapeared into the holliday crowds without a trace… I will lodge a complaint… but I feel it will be a wasted of time… councils have a habbit of not addressing the right issues… the thing is thats the last time I will go to Blackpool… there loss as my kids like to spend spend spend.
Finaly I wish to thank the Hollow Tree public house and restaurant at Stretton in Cheshire for good food and service…the home made curry was to me like a new begining.
